Press and Public InformationDocumentary Video by Quest Productions produced in collaboration with CCAC. Addresses by Superintendent, Manager of construction and administrators; presentations of issues and highlights of past reports by CCAC members. This forum and was an entire year in its preparation. Parcel Tax: Proposal for a new parcel tax in 2000 Excerpt from CCAC 1999 Report: "A New School Bond in Fall 2000?" Recommendation to the Board for a new Facilities Maintenance Parcel Tax. This document was routed to Jack M.’s “cabinet” at the first meeting of the Facilities Finance Committee in November and never went to the Board. But it had larger practical consequence than any other CCAC-authored product.

BHS Pre-programming, 2001-Henry Sanoff and ELS Architects. Sponsored by CCAC; 2001 "Old Gym Pre-Programming Workshop Summary, June 20, 2001," still available as a Pagemaker file on CD. "Project Manual Steps"Project Manual Steps Overview (Spreadsheet) A vetted, specific recommendation of policies and procedures for the “project manual”, a concept project proposed in 2000. This was a major CCAC work. Unfortunately, no suitable construction projects have since been commenced to which the concept could be applied.
